I recognize the Spatch extension, but not MCR.  If memory serves,
Moray uses MDL, at least in the DOS days, but it would be up to Lutz &
company to register that.

I understand that development on Spatch has stopped, so the fate of
that format might be in doubt.

And I forgot the DF3 files that media use; that's another the POV
team might want to register.
